You built the life you were supposed to want.

From the outside, it’s beautiful.
The career. The milestones. The life you've built.
But somewhere inside, there’s a quiet question you can’t ignore anymore:

A note from Spring:
From the outside, my life looked exactly the way it was supposed to.
I had built multiple companies, a strong marriage, a beautiful home, a full, successful life.
And yet, something felt off.
Nothing was wrong.
But I knew I was ready for more.
Not more achievement.
More joy. More fulfillment. More ease.
I remember going to my husband and saying, “I need more.”
I didn’t know exactly what that meant; I just knew I didn’t want to keep living on autopilot.

That’s when I began working with Julie.
I had no idea how much I was actually carrying.
Old stories.
Old loops.
The identity of being the strong one, the one who holds it all together.
Not because I had to, but because somewhere along the way, it became who I thought I needed to be.
If you’re a high-achieving woman, you probably recognize this.
We take on more. We lead. We support. We hold it together.
Sometimes we need to, and sometimes, it quietly becomes too heavy to carry forever.
As I did this work, I started to soften.
I found more joy.
More inner peace.
More presence in my own life.
And people noticed.
Women around me began asking what had shifted.
Not what I was doing, but how I was being.
One by one, women who were also seeking more started gathering.
We began working on ourselves together.
We talked honestly.
We supported each other.
Friendships deepened.
And something beautiful happened.
As the women changed on the inside, their lives began to shift on the outside.
Some changed careers.
Some stepped away from businesses that no longer fit.
Some found new jobs.
Some got married.
Some had babies.
Some walked through divorces.
Every woman’s path looked different.
But the most important shift wasn’t external.
It was internal.
They began to feel a sense of belonging.
A sense of fullness.
A sense of becoming. More themselves, more alive, more at home.
They weren’t fixing their lives.
They were remembering who they were.
That’s when Be Collective began to take shape.
Not as a program.
But as a community.
A sisterhood where women could soften without losing their edge.
Where they could be ambitious and deeply fulfilled.
Where they could feel supported, connected, and full of joy.
We believe every woman deserves this kind of space.
This kind of belonging.
This kind of life.
That’s why Be Collective exists.

Checking boxes. Solving the problems.
Being the strong one, over and over again.
But achievement isn't the same as fulfillment. Success doesn't automatically create satisfaction.
Your days are full yet something feels like it's missing. You're surrounded by people yet often feel alone under the weight of everything you hold.
Your life works, but it doesn't feel way you hoped it would.
You don't need to do more. You're simply ready for something more honest, more connected, more you.

There comes a moment when the way you've always led stops feeling aligned. When carrying it all stops feeling powerful and starts feeling heavy. When doing more no longer creates the life you actually want.
That moment isn't failure.
It's an invitation.
An invitation to reconnect with the part of you that feels, receives, softens, and allows. The part you tucked away to survive the pace of your life. The part that's been quietly waiting for you to listen.
There is a version of you that isn't exhausted by holding everything alone.
And she’s ready to
come forward.
When you learn to lead from alignment instead of pressure, everything changes.
Your relationships deepen.
Your work flows with more ease.
Your life begins to match the success you've created on the outside.
This is why be collective exists. To guide you into the version of yourself you've always known was possible.

This isn't a masterclass. It isn't a course or a retreat. It's a revolution in how women live, lead, and relate to themselves.
Where achievement meets alignment.
Where success meets soul.
Where the woman who "carries it all" finally gets to be held.
A curated circle of 50 women leading extraordinary lives
A year-long journey of clarity, connection, and inner expansion
A space where you return to a version of yourself you've been missing

For years, she led with strength, discipline, and precision, building massive success while quietly losing pieces of herself along the way.
She checked every box and exceeded every expectation. But the deeper she went into achievement, the more disconnected she felt from presence, joy, and her own truth.
Through her own transformation, and in partnership with co-facilitator Julie, she created a space for women who appear to have it all, yet feel the quiet ache of carrying more than anyone realizes.
Women who join this circle keep their edge, but they also find ease. Their relationships soften. Their work expands. Their lives start to feel like their own again.
be collective is intentionally co-facilitated.

Julie brings grounded presence, emotional intelligence, and deep experience supporting women through nervous-system work, integration, and feminine embodiment.
Her role inside Be Collective is to help create safety, depth, and real integration, so the shifts that happen here are sustainable and embodied.
She blends grounded coaching with deep energetic insight, supporting women to release what feels heavy and step into clarity, power, and peace.
Her sessions open access to wisdom that most people can only sense.
Julie’s work is both practical and profound. She helps you clear the noise, reclaim your voice, and lead from your most authentic self.
For many women, she becomes the quiet turning point that changes everything.

Spring is the CEO of one of the top real estate teams in the country, leading with both vision and heart.
Over two decades, she mastered her craft, grew multiple seven-figure businesses, and built powerhouse organizations, all while raising a family and redefining what's possible for women in leadership.
Her gift is helping women rise without losing themselves. She knows what it means to carry everything and still crave something deeper: clarity, presence, connection, meaning.
Spring's leadership is both powerful and grounded. She's walked this path. She's done the inner work. And she's created a space where success and fulfillment finally get to exist side by side.
Her presence shows that you can build a big life and still feel at home within yourself.

50 women. 12 months.
Your journey begins with a simple, intentional application and a brief connection call to ensure alignment. We anchor the year with two in-person gatherings designed for embodiment, reflection, and integration.
We begin together in Mexico for an opening retreat. This opening retreat sets the tone for the year — grounding the body, building trust, and returning to presence.
Two online gatherings throughout the year support integration and connection.
We close the year in Sedona, honoring who you’ve become and integrating the journey as a whole.
Each woman joins a small pod designed for depth, consistency, and meaningful growth. These pods create natural connection, accountability, and honesty inside
the Circle.
They become the place where you're supported, witnessed, challenged, and celebrated.
Your pod becomes the place where you’re witnessed in real time. You are not fixed, not coached, just deeply seen and supported.
Two calls per month
Activation Gatherings: awakening what’s been dormant
Integration Sessions: embodying what’s emerging
Weekly Pod Touchpoints for accountability and connection
Private Online Community for reflection, support, and deep conversation
You’ll walk away with practical tools that change every part of your life. These are not concepts to master... they’re practices you integrate into everyday life.
Boundaries that honor your peace and power
Somatic practices to regulate your nervous system
Identity and inner-work practices that expand your capacity
Communication tools that transform your relationships
